As part of our continued efforts to improve the way we collect and action feedback from our PeopleXD clients, we are migrating to a new Ideas Portal hosted within the Access Aha! environment.
This new portal provides a more modern interface, enhanced tracking features, and a stronger foundation for future improvements, including better two-way communication and AI-assisted idea prioritisation.
The legacy portal will be permanently retired on 30th June 2025.
What's changing?
From 30th June 2025, the following will occur:
The legacy portal will no longer be accessible.
The new portal will be the single location for all PeopleXD idea submissions.
Any ideas submitted in the last 12 months or with 10 or more votes will be automatically transferred to the new portal.
Older ideas that don’t meet the above criteria will not appear in the portal, but will still be retained internally by our product team for reference in roadmap planning.
How do I access the new portal?
You can access the new ideas portal in one of two ways: either by an invitation sent to your email or by registering manually on the site.
Received an invite
If you’ve received an email inviting you to log into the new Aha! Ideas Portal, this means:
You have previously submitted or voted on an idea in the old portal in the last 12 months.
We have automatically created a user account for you in the new portal.
Follow the link provided in the email to log in, then set a password.
Register manually
If you didn't receive an email inviting you to log into the new Aha! Ideas Portal, you can still register for the new portal manually. To do this, follow the steps below.
Go to the new People XD Ideas Portal.
Click Sign up.
In the Email address field, eneter your work email address.
In the First and Last name field, enter your name.
Click Register.
You’ll receive a verification email. Follow the link in the email to complete your registration.
Once you've registered, you can:
Browse and vote on existing ideas.
Submit new ideas
Follow ideas to track progress and status changes.
What if I can’t find my old ideas?
If you can't find one of your previously submitted ideas in the new ideas portal, try the following:
Search for the idea: Some titles or categories may have changed slightly.
If it still doesn’t appear, resubmit the idea as a new entry in the portal.
