You cannot manually delete or edit the Bradford Factor score because it is automatically calculated based on employee absences linked to specific pay codes. This article helps you understand how the score is determined and how to update it correctly.
Understanding the Bradford Factor score
The Bradford Factor score increases when an employee records absences related to pay codes configured in System Params under Reference A - C, in the Bradford Factor Parameters section.
The score only reflects absences within the current Bradford calendar period, so note the start and end dates of this period.
How to decrease or recalculate the Bradford Factor score
The only way to reduce the Bradford Factor score is to remove the related absences. After removing absences, recalculate the score by following these steps:
In Back-Office, go to CoreTime.
Select Time Management.
Click Bradford Factor.
In the Bradford Factor Rule field, select Bradford Factor.
Query the related employee.
Click Calculate to update the score.
