If the Roster Details screen is not visible in the Portal, it is usually due to the 'Hide Details' menu option being enabled in the relevant Menu Profile.
How to resolve this issue
Check the 'Hide Details' menu option
In Portal:
Navigate to Portal.
Go to Security.
Select Menu Profiles.
Choose the relevant Menu Profile assigned to the user(s).
Click Manage Menu Options.
Search for the menu option 'Hide Details':
Menu Option Name: Hide Details
Internal Reference: WRKMGMT_MENU.WFMGTDETAILS (816202689)
Disable this menu option.
Refresh user session
Ask the affected user(s) to:
Log out of the Portal.
Log back in to apply the changes.
The Roster Details screen will now appear in the Portal.
