If the Timesheet Input screen appears in view-only mode, users won’t be able to add or edit pay codes.
This happens when the Timesheet Input - View Only Mode menu option is enabled in the user’s Menu Profile.
You can resolve this by disabling the view-only mode for the relevant user profile in Security > Menu Profile.
Disable view-only mode for Timesheet Input
Follow the steps below to disable Timesheet Input - View Only Mode:
Go to Security.
Select Menu Profile.
Search for the relevant Menu Profile assigned to the user.
Click Manage Menu Options.
In the Menu Option Name field, search for Timesheet Input - View Only Mode.
Disable this menu option by unticking it.
Click Save.
What happens next
Once you disable view-only mode, the Timesheet Input screen will allow users to:
Add new pay codes.
Edit existing entries (if they have the correct permissions).
