If an employee cannot see Company and Work-Groups when using Calculate Hours, it is likely due to missing permissions.
Follow the steps below to check and resolve this.
Check and Update MSS Access Type
In Portal, go to the WFM Admin Dashboard.
Select WFM Configuration.
Click on WFM System Users Configuration.
Query the employee number.
Check if the employee has an MSS (Manager Self Service) Access Type assigned.
If MSS is assigned, verify that the following options are enabled:
Allow Historical Calculation
Allow Future Calculation
If MSS is not assigned, create an MSS Access Type for the employee and enable:
Allow Historical Calculation
Allow Future Calculation
Click Save.
If You Cannot Access WFM System Users Configuration
If you do not have permission to view WFM System Users Configuration, follow these steps to get access:
In Portal, go to Security.
Select User Management.
Query your employee number.
Click Manage Account for your record.
Click Menu Profiles.
Search for the menu profile WFM_SYSTEM_USERS_CONFIG and enable it.
Log out and log back in to see the updated menu options.
Result
Once the correct access is set, the employee will be able to view Company and Work-Groups in Calculate Hours.
