Before you can access the WFM Year End Tasks screen and complete your year-end processes, you must ensure the following menu profiles are correctly assigned:
The WFM_YEAR_END menu profile must be enabled for the relevant users or imported into an existing menu profile. This grants access to the necessary menu options and web services required for the WFM Year End Tasks functionality.
The following additional menu profiles are also required to complete the year-end tasks. These may already be enabled but should be verified:
WFM_COMPANY_SETTING_ADMIN
WFM_BANK_HOLIDAY_CONFIG
WFM_BALANCE_CONFIGURATION
WFM_BALANCE_ADMIN
WFM_SHIFTS_TYPES
