To upload balance adjustments in bulk, you’ll first need to download the Balance Adjustment File. Follow these steps to enable and access it.
Enable Data Migration Templates
If you can’t see Data Migration Template Tool, follow these steps to turn it on:
Click Admin Dashboard.
Click Dashboard Configuration.
In the Tab Widgets section, search for Data Migration Templates and enable it.
Download the Balance Adjustment File
Click Admin Dashboard.
Click Data Migration Template.
Search for Balance Adjustment File.
Click the three dots.
Click Download.
Upload the Balance Adjustment File
Once you've completed the file, follow the on-screen instructions to upload it.
