To provide managers with additional shift patterns to allocate to their team in Portal, you need to adjust the pattern type restriction. To do this, follow the steps below in Portal.
From the dashboard menu, select Security.
Click Set Up then click WFM System Users Configuration.
In the Search field, enter the employee number.
Select Pattern Type Access.
Add or remove the respective patterns or enable the No Pattern Type restriction.
