The Daily View shows the roster for a single day across a scrollable 24-hour timeline. Shift bars, break bars, and task overlays appear for each employee. Use it to make precise time-level adjustments after reviewing the week in Weekly View.
Interact with timeline bars
You can select, move, resize, and remove items directly on the timeline. The table below shows each action and its result.
Action | Result |
Click a shift bar | Selects it (a blue ring appears). |
Click again on a selected bar | Deselects it. |
Drag a shift bar | Moves it to a different time. |
Resize by dragging the edges | Changes the start or end time. |
Double-click a break or task bar | Opens the edit details panel for that item. |
Press Delete or Backspace on a selected bar | Removes the item with a confirmation prompt. |
Press Esc | Deselects any selected bar. |
