Extend the balance calendar

Employees are booking holiday but it does not seem to be deducting it from their allowance despite showing as booked

To extend the Balance Calendar, follow the steps below.

  1. From the Dashboard menu, click WFM Admin Dashboard.

  2. Click WFM Configuration, then click Balance Configuration.

  3. Next to the relevant balance, click the three-dot menu, then click View/Edit Balance.

  4. Click Balance Calendar, then click Generate Period.

  5. Fill in the required information, then click OK.
