You can either assign this menu profile directly to users or import its menu options into an existing menu profile.
Importing Menu Options
Navigate to the Security Dashboard, then click on the Menu Profiles tab.
Search for the existing menu profile (e.g., CorePortal_Admin).
Click the three-dot menu next to the profile and select Import Menu Options.
Choose From Existing Menu Profile, then click OK.
Search for and select the menu profile WFM_PERIOD_CLOSURE.
Review the confirmation message. Once imported, the menu options and web services will be applied to the selected menu profile.
