When an employee submits their part of a Return to Work Interview (RTWI) form, you can review and sign it off as the manager in PeopleXD WFM.
📌Note: Only the employee’s own submission appears on a personal widget. The manager sign-off step is actioned from the Absences screen, not a dashboard widget.
Sign off an RTWI form
Once an employee has completed and submitted their part of the RTWI form, go to the Absences screen to review and sign it off as the manager.
Get manager visibility on a dashboard widget
If you want managers to be able to see pending RTWI sign-offs without going directly to the Absences screen, you can create an Insight Report and add it as a widget for managers.
