You can check an employee’s pro-rata annual leave balance in Back Office by reviewing their Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) details alongside their annual leave balance. This ensures that the leave calculation is correct and aligned with the employee's working pattern.
Follow the steps below to complete this task using CoreTime and Core Personnel.
Start by reviewing the employee's annual leave balance in CoreTime.
Go to CoreTime.
Select Time Management.
Click Record Absence Details.
Query the employee whose balance you want to check.
Click Annual Leave Balance to view the Pro-Rata Calculation based on the employee's FTE.
Click Exit to close the screen.
Cross-verify the FTE in Core Personnel
Next, verify the employee's FTE in Core Personnel to ensure it matches the calculation shown in CoreTime.
Go to Core Personnel.
Select Maintenance.
Click Appointment History.
Query the employee.
Click on the employee's record to view the FTE details.
Compare the FTE with the pro-rata calculation you checked in Record Absence Details in CoreTime.
