The system can be configured so that a certain number of days or hours can be carried forward to the next period.
To set the value of how many days or hours can be carried into the next balance period follow the steps below.
From the Dashboard menu, then click WFM Admin Dashboard.
Click WFM Configuration, then click Balance Configuration.
Next to the relevant balance, click the three dot menu, then click View/Edit Balance.
Click Balance Calendar then input the values in hours or days for how much can be carried forward.
